Sephora Chattanooga is hiring a Part-time Beauty Advisor in Chattanooga, TN — client-focused cosmetics specialist, $16.60–$19.30/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, makeup application, and skincare advice to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure the salesfloor is organized, clean, and visually compelling.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Provide exceptional clienteling by building lasting relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Experience
