Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and trends.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client relationship development.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, seasonal launches and competitive assortments to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and reliably meet required weekly shift minimums.
Qualifications
