Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
