Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) in Austin, TX — hourly $19.80–$26.00; provide personalized beauty consultations at the Mueller Center store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay informed on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and contributing to conversion and attachment metrics.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Be available for required shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and customer empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Ability to reliably meet scheduling requirements and maintain punctual attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with demonstrated customer service aptitude are encouraged to apply.
