Sephora — Beauty Advisor (part-time, 6h/day) at Iulius Mall, Timisoara, Romania. Advise clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience through one-to-one consultations and product demonstrations.
- Advise customers on makeup, skincare and fragrance selection aligned to their needs and Sephora’s brand values.
- Actively promote products and in-store promotions to help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor and merchandising according to brand standards.
- Participate in regular product and skills training; apply learnings to improve client service and sales.
- Foster a positive team environment through collaborative behaviour, respect and open communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) — mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and client-facing retail experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team; flexible and adaptable.
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is an advantage.
