Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience through one-to-one consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Advise customers on makeup, skincare and fragrance selection aligned to their needs and Sephora’s brand values.
  • Actively promote products and in-store promotions to help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor and merchandising according to brand standards.
  • Participate in regular product and skills training; apply learnings to improve client service and sales.
  • Foster a positive team environment through collaborative behaviour, respect and open communication.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Baccalaureate) — mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and client-facing retail experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team; flexible and adaptable.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is an advantage.
