Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailor product recommendations to each client's needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on tutorials, demonstrations and clear explanation of benefits and application techniques.
• Stay current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice that drives repeat visits.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store KPIs through relationship building, conversion and add-on selling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and welcoming.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports Sephora’s Inclusion & Belonging commitments.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards and loss-prevention procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum shift/hour requirements for the role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail, hospitality or service experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics and personal care; aptitude for learning and sharing product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in consultative selling.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment.
• Availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level role; prior client-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certification preferred but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
