Sephora Panama City Beach is hiring a part‑time Beauty Advisor. Join the store team to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, in‑store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through live demonstrations, make‑up application and skincare analysis to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets, KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, best‑in‑class service.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, uphold company policies and help create a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or client services preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift/hours for part‑time roles.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry‑level role. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environments is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate excellent service aptitude and a willingness to learn product knowledge quickly.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 22 per hour.
