Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor (temporary, part-time) in Pamplona, Spain. Client-facing role requiring 1+ year beauty experience and fluent English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative client service on makeup, skincare and fragrance to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Provide personalised product recommendations, demonstrations and mini-makeovers to meet client needs and sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and store standards according to brand guidelines.
- Support stock management tasks including replenishment, inventory checks and merchandising resets.
- Participate in store onboarding and training programmes; contribute to a collaborative, high-energy retail project.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics or related client-facing roles.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Resident in the province of the vacancy and legally authorised to work in Spain.
- Customer-focused orientation with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector, preferably in retail or boutique environments; entry-level candidates with demonstrable client-service aptitude will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training or certificates in cosmetology, aesthetics or beauty retail are preferred.
