Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to advise clients on makeup, fragrance and skincare products and to drive sales.
- Demonstrate and apply beauty products — including makeup application and skincare consultations — to showcase benefits and fit client needs.
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensure product availability and execute visual displays consistent with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and support stock replenishment and inventory controls.
- Participate in onboarding, training and store initiatives tied to retail expansion and local promotional activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
- Clear vocation for customer service with proven ability to build rapport and convert consultations into sales.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Residence within the province of the vacancy and full legal right to work in Spain.
- Passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and continuous learning.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of professional experience in the beauty, cosmetics or retail sector with direct customer-facing responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry preferred.
