Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty advice.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized for optimal customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional events and campaigns, particularly during the holiday season.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in beauty products.
  • Proficiency in English and other languages is highly valued.

Skills

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and sales skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

Prior experience in a beauty advisory role or similar customer service position is preferred.
