Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and application
- Monitor and communicate the latest beauty trends, products, and innovations to maintain relevant client advice
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
