Sephora in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring a Beauty Advisor (full-time) — $18–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on usage, ingredients and routines.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the selling floor is orderly and welcoming.
  • Keep abreast of beauty trends and new product launches to provide current, relevant advice.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Availability to work retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
