Sephora Palm Beach Gardens is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor. $18–$20.50/hr to deliver personalised beauty consultations in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques.
- Drive sales performance and achieve daily/weekly KPIs through consultative selling and conversion.
- Support inventory control, merchandising, stock replenishment and a well-presented retail floor.
- Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming store environment in alignment with company standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and customer empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work reliably with punctual attendance and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer-service aptitude and a readiness to learn product knowledge quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
