Sephora Canada — Trois-Rivières hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor (Paid Services). Provide colour, skincare and fragrance expertise; $19.10–$23.25 CAD/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service across colour, skincare and fragrance categories and at the checkout.
- Greet customers enthusiastically, assess needs, and recommend products and services that meet individual client requirements.
- Perform makeup services and demonstrations as required to support sales and client experience.
- Share product knowledge and maintain up-to-date expertise on brand assortments and launches.
- Support onboarding and training: ensure nominated team members complete brand 'deep dive' training and coach peers.
- Participate in inventory control activities, report stock concerns to management and adhere to sampling policies.
- Support store events, activations and programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and enhancing sales.
- Fulfil cashier host functions when designated, including accurate cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-service experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and customers.
- Passion for beauty products and client-focused service; comfortable performing makeup services.
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing product and brand training and to coach colleagues.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing service roles, ideally within beauty or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This position is based in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Quebec City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour.
