Sephora Canada in Trois-Rivières is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor — Paid Services; hourly pay CAD 19.10–23.25. Apply for a client-facing retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, client-focused service across colour, skincare and fragrance categories; warmly greet and engage every customer.
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend products and paid-services that address client objectives; perform makeup applications as required.
  • Operate cash-host functions at the point of sale and assist with till procedures when designated.
  • Maintain product knowledge and pursue continuous learning; ensure team members complete in-depth brand training and mentor junior advisors.
  • Support operational excellence through stock control, inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling and merchandising policies; participate in in-store events, promotions and loss-prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clearly and concisely across levels.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable performing point-of-sale/cash handling duties and following store policies and procedures.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour.
