Sephora Canada — Beauty Advisor (Paid Services) in Boucherville. Part-time role; pay CAD 19.10–23.25/hr. Client-facing cosmetics and skincare position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous, knowledgeable in-store service across colour, skincare and fragrance categories; proactively greet and engage all clients.
  • Assess client needs and recommend products and paid services (e.g., makeup applications, skincare consultations) tailored to those needs.
  • Perform makeup applications and skincare demonstrations as required to drive service sales and client retention.
  • Operate cash register and perform point-of-sale transactions; designated advisors must master cashier functions.
  • Contribute to inventory management activities: assist with stock counts, report stock issues to management and comply with sampling policies.
  • Support store events, promotional activities and initiatives to minimise stock loss and shrinkage.
  • Train and mentor colleagues: ensure assigned team members complete brand training and pursue ongoing product education.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence clearly across stakeholder levels.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for client service and an aptitude for translating product knowledge into personalised recommendations.

Experience
