Sephora Canada in Boisbriand is hiring a Beauty Advisor — Paid Services (part-time). Hourly pay CA$19.10–23.25; retail beauty and makeup duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client-focused service across colour, skincare and fragrance categories, including at the cash/checkout area.
- Greet clients proactively, assess needs, and recommend products and paid services that address those needs.
- Perform makeup applications and beauty treatments for clients when required.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate features and benefits clearly to clients.
- Support onboarding and development by training colleagues on brands and product ranges; ensure designated team members complete brand deep-dive training.
- Participate in inventory control activities, report stock concerns to the manager, and comply with sampling procedures.
- Support store promotional events and activations and participate in loss-prevention initiatives.
- Perform cashier/host duties as required, operating point-of-sale systems accurately and courteously.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-service experience in beauty or related sectors preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence clearly across stakeholder levels.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train colleagues; comfortable conducting product and service demonstrations.

Experience
Preferably one to three years of experience in retail or customer-facing beauty services; hands-on experience delivering makeup and skincare treatments is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certification is an asset.

This position is based in Boisbriand, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour.
