Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories.
- Achieve sales targets through active selling, upselling and conversion of walk‑in traffic into loyal clients.
- Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and product replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Participate in onboarding, training and ongoing learning initiatives to continuously improve product knowledge and customer experience.
- Contribute to a local retail expansion project by supporting store initiatives, events and pop‑ups as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer‑facing experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
- Strong customer service vocation with proven interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
- Residency within the province of the vacancy (Oviedo) and flexibility to work retail hours on a part‑time rota.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrances.
