Sephora Canada seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Ottawa to deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleagues in achieving collective goals
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environments
- Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and articulating product knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
