Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Ottawa. CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr with bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, emerging trends, and industry developments to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators established by Sephora Canada
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all staff members feel valued and empowered
- Ensure compliance with Sephora Canada policies and standards to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Exhibit consistent punctuality and reliable attendance during assigned shifts, including peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience demonstrating excellence in customer relations
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and empowerment of client confidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative team player with goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in inclusive environments
- Ability to quickly absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment; demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Education
No specific formal education requirement; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
