Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Ottawa to deliver personalized beauty services and consultations at the Beauty Studio, CAD $19.70–$23.20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' goals and recommend suitable products and services
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application and skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines through product application tutorials
- Stay current with latest beauty trends, new product launches, and brand offerings at Sephora
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and manage service bookings and rebookings
- Participate actively in sales events and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and store sales targets
Qualifications
- 1–3 years prior experience in retail sales or services
- Knowledge of trending beauty products
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Consistent and reliable attendance with flexible availability for peak retail hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
