Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators by driving results.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

This position is based in Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada.
Compensation
Compensation ranges between CAD$18.20 - CAD$21.40 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
