Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence in clients.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

Compensation
