Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty selections
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, techniques, and new product launches to deliver relevant advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators as set by management
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience
