Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and trends to empower them in their purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty industry trends, new product launches, and Sephora brand offerings
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators while exceeding store revenue goals
