Sephora (Mall at Millenia, Orlando) seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $18–20.50; deliver personalised consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalised, consultative beauty experiences across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations to meet individual client needs and objectives.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and keep current with industry trends, launches and new techniques.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and clienteling activities.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to ensure a clean, well-stocked sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s policies and standards for safety and customer experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or client services preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends and client empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable giving in-person consultations.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
