Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually compelling.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to Sephora workplace standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated customer service ability.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through products and technique.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable aptitude for customer service and sales is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty certification considered an asset.
