Sephora in Orland Park, IL is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor. Provide personalized consultations and retail expertise. $19.80–$26/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Ability to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
