Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Stay current with latest beauty products, techniques, and market trends to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators while meeting store targets
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
