Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and benefits
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators established by management
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
