Sephora in Orem, UT is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales (Beauty Advisor, Orem).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance lines to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and inviting.
- Keep current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Work a flexible schedule with availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service and building relationships in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, industry trends and product discovery.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in one-to-one consultations.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented retail environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time status.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
