Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate and articulate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual standards, merchandising and inventory accuracy to ensure a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, support colleagues and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team orientation.
  • Fast learner with the capability to absorb and share product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
