Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at its One Pacific Place store in Omaha. The role delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, merchandising, inventory, and store standards, and requires availability for 15–29 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a regular, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative, goal-oriented team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual, with consistent attendance.
