Sephora Omaha seeks a Beauty Advisor (Part-time/Flex) in Omaha, NE — deliver personalized consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to drive relevance and repeat visits.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, performance metrics and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Support inventory operations, merchandising and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Uphold company policies and store standards to ensure a safe, secure and customer-centric shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting openness across the store.
Qualifications
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week; Part-time: 15–29 hrs/week; Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week).
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, current trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
- Punctuality, consistent attendance and reliability.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales objectives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
