Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and application methods
- Monitor beauty trends and product innovations to provide current, relevant advice that drives client loyalty and repeat visits
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining a customer-focused approach
