Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, product-driven consultations to clients and recommend tailored beauty solutions.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen routines.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, welcoming retail environment.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and competitive offerings to inform client recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, makeup and skincare trends, with a desire to continually learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
