Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at its Penn Square store in Oklahoma City. The role delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales and store presentation, and requires availability for 15–29 hours per week, including peak retail periods; hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered, and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, and be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
