Sephora Oklahoma City seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations, product expertise and drive sales at Penn Square.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
- Remain current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, stock replenishment and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to meet store objectives.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating strong customer service and relationship building.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a desire to help clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing shifts.
- Availability to work part-time schedule (15–29 hours/week) with flexibility for peak hours.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused setting preferred and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
