Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive client loyalty
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client follow-up
- Support merchandising, visual standards, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive shopping environment
- Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment with demonstrated client service ability
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a goal-oriented retail environment
- Fast learner able to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing setting is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty or retail certification is a plus.
