Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, techniques and new product launches.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and on‑brand retail environment.
- Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to create a safe and welcoming customer experience.
- Adhere to scheduling requirements, including availability for peak retail hours, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Entry‑level; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and product innovation.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, goal‑driven setting.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work required shifts within the part‑time range (15–29 hrs/week) and during peak retail periods.

Experience
Entry‑level role. Prior retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for beauty and a strong customer service orientation are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certifications are a plus.
