Sephora in Oklahoma City is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor at OK‑Classen Curve (2188) — $16.60–$22.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and drive confidence.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and routines.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, product selling and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory control and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive client experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to protect clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required by store needs.
