Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and drive confidence.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and routines.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, product selling and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory control and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to protect clients and colleagues.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required by store needs.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Quick learner with aptitude for absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform typical retail duties.
- Availability to meet required weekly shift minimums and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous customer-facing retail, hospitality or client-service experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
