Sephora — Beauty Advisor (Part-time, 10 hrs/wk) in Odense. Customer-facing role focused on beauty advice, merchandising and POS operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty advice and product demonstrations to clients, converting consultations into sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards and execute visual merchandising updates in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stockroom processes: receiving, replenishing the sales floor, preparing products for sale and conducting inventories.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash register transactions.
- Ensure the sales area is clean, fully stocked and presentation-ready at all times.
- Support store KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket and average basket value; contribute to customer satisfaction tracking.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively within a team.
- Interest in or prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or related customer-facing sectors.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for beauty trends, product knowledge and service excellence.
- Fluent in English or Danish (native), with the ability to communicate confidently with international customers.

Experience
Entry-level; first retail or customer-facing experience preferred. On-the-job training and brand product education will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
