Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients about makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay informed on the latest product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through client engagement and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company standards and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, current trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with colleagues and clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and available for nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required; training provided to build product and sales expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal beauty/cosmetology training is a plus but not required.
