Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients about makeup, skincare and fragrance.

  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment (preferred).
  • Passion for beauty, current trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with colleagues and clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and available for nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
