Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and regimen building.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, KPIs and conversion targets through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized, on-brand selling environment.
- Remain current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand knowledge to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support loss-prevention and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Passion for beauty, trends and continuous learning; ability to quickly absorb and share product knowledge.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
