Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and ingredient benefits
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, new product launches, and relevant industry developments to clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining service quality
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that empowers colleagues and promotes mutual support
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or similar client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team settings
- Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and effectively sharing complex product knowledge
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
Beginner-level experience; prior retail, hospitality, or client service background strongly preferred but not necessarily required.
Education

Compensation
