Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across all beauty categories to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, techniques, and new product releases to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding personal sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and empowers colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and exceptional shopping experience
- Remain available during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods with consistent punctuality
Qualifications
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
