Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to each client.
- Demonstrate product expertise in makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales objectives and KPIs through clienteling, upselling and maintaining client records.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold company policies and safety standards.
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong service delivery.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail standing/movement for shifts.
- Reliable availability to meet the role's required weekly hours and punctual attendance expectations.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous client-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
