Sephora Beauty Advisor, Part-Time Position in Nuremberg, Germany – Customer Service & Retail Excellence
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction
- Maintain stock availability and execute efficient merchandise replenishment across all departments
- Present products according to visual merchandising specifications and support category control
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions accurately
- Conduct inventory management and stock-taking on schedule
- Assist with product demonstrations and beauty consultations for clients
- Execute daily operational tasks including cleaning, organizing, and preparing the sales floor
- Support visual merchandising updates and promotional installations
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, and average transaction value
Qualifications
